Mermaid Melody: Pichi Pichi Pitch Aqua will begin serialization on 3rd August in Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine issue.
The cover revealed Lucia's daughter, the protagonist of the upcoming sequel. It also features her potential love interest.
The original series ended on a happy note with all the dangers of the sea destroyed by the mermaid princesses.
Fans of the series cannot be any more thrilled to get the sequel to one of their childhood favorites.
