Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku, the excellent manga by Yuji Kaku, will receive an anime adaptation by MAPPA. Its release date has not been confirmed yet.
The PV starts by portraying how ghastly Gabimaru’s mission will be. The island on which he has to seek the elixir of immortality is fraught with unimaginable monsters.
The new visual depicts the first conflict between Gabimaru and Sagiri Asaemon. It is during this battle that Asaemon showed Gabimaru his true nature.
Jigokuraku is an anime that will definitely stand out from the other mainstream series.
Although it belongs to the shonen genre, its beautiful art style stands in stark contrast to its brutal plot. If anyone can make this series flourish, it is MAPPA.
