Attack on Titan's fourth and final season is due to release on 7th December 2020. Its new behind the scenes video surfaced explaining a few things.

A recent interview with Kensuke Tateishi and Toshiro Maeda told us the reason behind the studio change for the fourth season of Attack on Titan.

Attack on Titan is known for its grueling animation schedule, and not many studios were ready to handle the pressure of such a big franchise.

WIT studio did an amazing job with the first three seasons of Attack on Titan. But, WIT decided that AOT 4 will have to be made by another studio.

Although many studios were requested to take on the job, MAPPA finally decided to carry the torch of Attack on Titan.

MAPPA carried out its responsibility, and surprised many fans with fabulous trailers. They succeeded in increasing the fans' anticipation to the next level.

Season 4 will continue where Season 3 ended. Now, Eren will look to regain their lost glory to save the face of humanity, and the Marley arc will begin.
