The ‘Drifting Home’ anime film will be released in Japanese theaters on September 16, 2022. Netflix will also stream the movie worldwide on the same day.
Recently, the theme song for the film, ‘It Seems I’m Fading Away,’ by ZUTOMAYO was revealed, and it has been previewed in the latest trailer:
The music video shows the lives of Kosuke and Natsume, who are childhood friends. It shows how they drifted apart as they joined other schools.
A new visual has also been revealed, and it shows Kosuke and Natsume hanging out together in an abandoned building.
The upcoming film is a dive into childhood nostalgia, and it will give you a ride on the imaginary journeys that every kid wanted to embark on.
