Enlists New Director for Season 3

It’s hardly been less than two months since The Rising of the Shield Hero anime concluded its second season, and the franchise has already announced the third.
The Rising of the Shield Hero anime’s official website has unveiled a dark new key visual for season 3.
Following a menacing theme, the visual features a spear-wielding individual sitting in a post-war land.
The anime has had three different directors for all of its seasons now, suggesting that we might see a new name for the fourth season too.
Fallen Heroes arc packs much more action and dread, canceling the anime’s usual gags and cheerful energy.
So naturally, fans are excited to see the characters face an enemy that might bring the age of heroes to an end.
