Chainsaw Man Animated By MAPPA

MAPPA Animating Chainsaw Man

By Epic Dope Staff | December 9, 2020

Chainsaw Man, the gory roller-coaster manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, is getting an anime adaptation. That too by MAPPA!!

The joy of the fans knows no bounds now that the famous studio behind AOT 4, Jujutsu Kaisen & Yuri!! On Ice is responsible for Chainsaw Man.

MAPPA was founded in 2011; it is thus not a very old and established studio. However, within its short span, it has created a name for itself.

Chainsaw Man is appreciated for its dark humor, gory and violent scenes, and art style. It will also have a presentation at the Jump Festa ’21 event.

It was announced that the manga’s first major arc will be ending in the upcoming 2nd issue of Weekly Shonen Jump.

The manga conveys the story of a world where humans and devils both exist. These devilish creatures come in different forms.

However, we all love this manga for how ‘on-your-face’ it is and hope the anime can maintain the status.
