Thanks to principal Nezu’s countermeasures, the school is designed to specifically counteract Shigaraki’s Decay quirk and even the deceptive transformation quirk of Toga.
The hero front had a really hard time when Midoriya decided to isolate himself from them and go on his own.
Given Aizawa’s determination in this chapter leads us to believe that the heroes have something decisive on their minds.
Although that is a very likely possibility, the final battle will most likely take place at UA. The school’s defenses have been built up a lot, and it is very unlikely we won’t see them get tested.
The thing we do know for sure is that the final war is coming; it is only a matter of time.
